Emma is an Associate with over 20 years of experience leading projects across commercial, workplace, education and residential sectors.

As a key contributor to the early establishment of the studio, she played a role in naming Studio 103 and helping to define the foundations that supported its continued growth. Her return represents a full-circle moment, bringing back deep studio knowledge alongside strong conceptual leadership.

In her role as a senior leader, Emma combines strategic thinking with a clear design vision. She is focused on shaping spaces that connect people, purpose and place, while guiding teams through design processes that deliver outcomes aligned with client objectives.
