EMBRACING DIFERRENCES - DIVERSITY, INCLUSION & RESPECT
Respect and inclusion are important foundations of how we work at McCormack and Studio 103, across our offices, our sites, and the communities we’re part of.
We’re committed to creating a workplace where people are treated fairly, feel safe, and are respected for who they are. This is supported by a range of policies and frameworks that set clear expectations around behaviour, including our Code of Conduct, anti‑discrimination, bullying, and equal opportunity policies. These policies apply to everyone and help provide a consistent, respectful working environment.
Beyond policy, we also focus on awareness and education. Our Embracing Differences working groups support initiatives that aim to build understanding, spark conversation, and create inclusive moments across the business. This includes activities and awareness campaigns such as International Women’s Day, Harmony Day, LGBTQIA+ event, and Reconciliation initiatives, which help recognise diversity and reflect on our shared responsibility to create inclusive workplaces.
We also develop practical guides and resources to better support senior team members, as well as people with disability, including candidates and team members, helping ensure our approach to inclusion is thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in real needs.
We know diversity and inclusion is an ongoing process, not a finished outcome. There’s always more to learn, and improvement takes time. What remains constant is our expectation that everyone at McCormack and Studio 103 treats others with dignity, respect, and fairness.
