We have an exciting opportunity for 2 motivated and organised Project Coordinators to join our team in Melbourne. This role is instrumental in supporting the delivery of projects across a wide range of industry sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
Assisting Project Managers with planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
Managing project-related paperwork, ensuring all documentation is maintained and updated.
Utilising project tools and software to track and report progress.
Coordinating meetings and distributing project-related reports and documentation.
Supporting and fostering a collaborative team environment.
